Where do you source your replacement parts from?

We source our parts directly from the manufacturers of the brands we support, ensuring quality and authenticity. Additionally, we have established accounts with distributors that carry multiple well-known brand names across the UK. This allows us to provide our customers with a wide range of options and reliable service. Trust us to deliver the best parts for your needs.

How long will it take to repair my item?

We strive to complete most repairs with a 7-day turnaround. As a collection and delivery only service, we aim to return your item the following week after the repair is finished. However, please note that some repairs may require parts that are sourced from outside the UK, which could lead to delays of up to 3 weeks. In such cases, we will always keep you informed about any delays.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options to make your experience seamless. You can pay via Card, Bank Transfer, or Cash. note that we are unable to accept checks. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple pay & Google pay.

Do we use AI?

In short no, any lines of communication, phones, emails or messages are all from me a human, and if I can't talk to you right at that moment I will return your communication as soon as I can.

Do we work on any make of machine?

Not every manufacturer has made parts for their machine, but if we can get them then we will fix it. Also the original cost of the machine should be taken in to account when seeking a repair.If you are still not sure, you are welcome to get in touch and we will let you know what can be done.

What brands will you not repair?

We do not work on Weibang, Mitox, Alko & Ryobi.
